1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the UIXCORE website (uixcore.com) and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

UIXCORE provides creative digital services including web design & development, branding, logo design, digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, and NFC smart card products. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or quotation confirmed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of UIXCORE and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

Upon full payment for a project, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensuring they have the legal right to use any content (images, text, logos) they provide to UIXCORE.
• Making payments on time as agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. A deposit may be required before work commences. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment. Late payments may result in work being paused.

6. Limitation of Liability

UIXCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Return & Refund Policy

Applies to shop orders (NFC Smart Cards) and creative service projects.

NFC Smart Cards — Physical Products

Defective or damaged items: If your NFC card arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Change of mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases on physical products once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Custom / Customizable cards: As custom-printed cards are produced specifically for you, they are non-refundable once the design proof has been approved and printing has commenced.

Non-delivery: If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate and either resend or issue a full refund.

Creative Services — Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time already invested in research, planning, and initial design work.

If UIXCORE is unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end, a proportional refund of unused fees will be issued.

Creative Services — Milestone Payments

Milestone payments made during an ongoing project are non-refundable for work already delivered and approved by the client. If a project is cancelled mid-way by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

1. Email us at hello@uixcore.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order/Project]".
2. Include your name, order details, and reason for the request.
3. Attach photos if the issue is a damaged or defective product.

We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve all issues fairly and promptly.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
